Aprenticeship in Business & Administration (Level 2 & 3)
Who is the qualification for?
The Business and Administration Apprenticeships are ideal for anybody in all areas of the Business and/or Administration working environment, for example:
• Accounts • Administration • Management
• Design and Printing • Education and training • Secretarial
• Engineering • Manufacturing
The Apprenticeship is ideal for people who do not want to pursue a general education route but who are still keen to keep learning as they work. They are a great way of earning and gaining workplace experience whilst also achieving nationally-recognised qualifications.
There are two levels of this qualification: Intermediate Apprenticeship at Level 2 and Advanced Apprenticeship at Level 3. It is recommended that people becoming an Apprentice start at Level 2 and then progress to Level 3.

In completing the Intermediate Apprenticeship the learner will achieve the following qualifications:

FS English Either GCSE grade C or above or Key skills qualification in Literacy (min L1)
FS ICT Key skills qualification in ICT (min L2)

The student must complete a minimum of 9 credits, of which 6 credits must be selected from L2 units:
