ATC's aim is to provide best services to their existing clients and new clients. Keeping this in mind we have many support services, such as onsite, online, phone support.
Onsite Support
We provide onsite support by visiting the clients. We will troubleshoot the issue, and resolve the issue there and there. If there is any major issue which may require to bring the device back in ATC to analyse in depth.
Online Support
We provide online support to our existing clients by using internet. All you need is download the client from the link and provide us with the Partner ID to establish the connection. This way allow us to resolve the issue in much faster way and you can back to business in minimum time.
Phone Support
We can also try to resolve the issue over the phone if the user is ready to follow the steps over the phone. We only recommend only circumstances such as the no internet available or the matter of the urgency.
